Face Registration
To register face templates on the time clock, follow these steps:
- Press [Menu], select User Mgt and press [OK]
- Select User View and press [OK]
- Select the specific employee and press [OK]
- Select Edit and press [OK]
- Select Face and press [OK]
- The time clock will request the user to look at the camera to position their face inside the guide marks, gently move to capture the user’s right side and left side, lower their head, and look up.
- When the registration is completed, the time clock will return to the previous screen
- When finished, press [ESC] once and then press [OK] to save the face template
- Repeat steps 3-7 to register face templates for additional employees
- When finished, press [ESC] repeatedly to exit the menus or simply allow the menus to timeout
Finger ID Registration
To register finger ID templates on the time clock, follow these steps:
- Press [Menu], select User Mgt and press [OK]
- Select User View and press [OK]
- Select the specific employee and press [OK]
- Select Edit and press [OK]
- Select FP and press [OK]
- The time clock will request the user to press a finger (press and release quickly for best results) to the finger sensor 3 times.
- When the registration is completed, the clock will return to the previous screen
- If you wish to register more than one finger for an employee, simply select FP and press [OK] again and follow the prompts on the clock
- When finished, press [ESC] once and
then press [OK] to save the finger ID template - Repeat steps 3-7 to register finger ID templates for additional employees
- When finished, press [ESC] repeatedly to exit the menus or simply allow the menus to timeout
