Time Clock Settings

The BioLook display is available in multiple languages to suit the needs of your business.

To change the language on the time clock, follow these steps:

1. Press [Menu]
2. Select System and press [OK]
3. Select Device setup and press [OK]
4. Select Language and press [OK]
5. Use the arrow keys to select the desired language and press [OK]
6. When finished, press [ESC] once
7. The time clock will prompt you with “Save?”, press [OK]

Sound

To enable or disable sound on the time clock, follow these steps:

1. Press [Menu]
2. Select System and press [OK]
3. Select Voice and press [OK]
4. Select No to turn the sound off or Yes to turn the sound on and press [OK]
5. When finished, press [ESC] once
6. The time clock will prompt you with “Save?”, press [OK]

Sleep Mode

BioLook comes with a sleep mode option to conserve the battery when disconnected from a power source.

To enable or disable sleep mode on the time clock, follow these steps:

1. Press [Menu]
2. Select System and press [OK]
3. Select Sleep mode and press [OK]
4. Select No to turn off sleep mode or Yes to turn on sleep mode and press [OK]
5. When finished, press [ESC] once
6. The time clock will prompt you with “Save?”, press [OK]

Power the Time Clock Off

BioLook includes a Power Off feature that allows you to manually power off the time clock.

To enable this feature and power the time clock off, follow these steps:

1. Press [Menu]
2. Select System and press [OK]
3. Select Device setup and press [OK]
4. Select Power off and press [OK]
5. Use the arrow keys to change a setting and press [OK]
6. When finished, press [ESC] once
7. The time clock will prompt you with “Save?”, press [OK]
8. Press and hold the ◉ power button until the display turns off. This option can also be used to power on the device.

Display Battery

To display or hide the battery percentage on the time clock, follow these steps:

1. Press [Menu]
2. Select System and press [OK]
3. Select Display battery and press [OK]
4. Select No to hide battery percentage or Yes to display battery percentage and press [OK]
5. When finished, press [ESC] once
6. The time clock will prompt you with “Save?”, press [OK]
